Shipping & Return Policy

Processing:
We process all orders in 24-48 hours (business days).


Delivery:
Shipping takes 24 hours to 5-6 business days, depending on your location. Choose your preferred option at checkout.

Costs:
Shipping fees are shown at checkout, based on your address and delivery method.

Delays:
We aim for on-time delivery, but weather, customs, or other issues may cause slight delays. We’ll keep you updated.

Returns:
We hope you love your purchase! However, we have a few rules for returns:

  • No Returns After Delivery: Once your order is delivered, we can’t accept returns.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: If a return is attempted, convenience fees, surcharges, or prepaid amounts won’t be refunded, as these cover third-party delivery costs.
  • COD Orders: For returned Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll need to place a prepaid order to have the same items re-sent. We don’t re-ship COD orders without prepayment.

No Exchage:

Before Payment: If you haven’t paid for your order yet, you can cancel it directly from your Back Market account. Go to the "Orders" section, find the order details, and click the “Cancel order” button if it’s visible.

After Payment but Before Shipping: If the order is being prepared but hasn’t shipped, cancellation may still be possible. Log into your Nxtfone account, navigate to the "Orders" section, and check the order status. If no tracking link is visible and the status isn’t "in progress," contact Nxtfone’s customer service immediately via their contact page (accessible under "Orders" > "Get help"). They will confirm with the seller within 24 business hours if cancellation is feasible based on stock availability.

After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To start a return, log into your Back Market account, go to "Orders," select “Get help” next to the relevant order, and follow the prompts to request a return. The seller covers shipping costs for returns within this 7-day period, and NXTFONE provides shipping insurance.
